What we collect, and why
When you use the business enquiry form, the general enquiry form or the Join Us form, or contact us directly, we collect what you give us: your name, company (if any), email, phone number, state or location, and the details of your enquiry or application.
- Enquiries: to reply to you and to prepare a proposal.
- Join Us applications: to consider you for roles and to contact you about them.
- Existing arrangements: to contact you about a season, delivery or agreement you are already part of.
How the forms work
The forms open your own email app with your details filled in. Nothing is stored on this website itself. What you send reaches our business email account, which is provided by Google.
How long we keep it
We keep your details only as long as we need them to respond to you, and for our business records.
Sharing
We do not sell your information. We share it only with people who need it to deal with your enquiry, or where the law requires.
Cookies
This website does not use analytics or tracking cookies. If that changes, we will ask for your consent first.
Your rights
You can write to us at any time to ask what information we hold about you, or to have it corrected or deleted. We will reply within a reasonable time.
