This website is provided for information about SADF's seed production, processing and farmer network. Content may change as our business and facts change. Nothing on it is an offer to sell or a binding quotation.
No warranty on information accuracy
We try to keep this site accurate, but figures such as years in production, farmer numbers, acreage and storage capacity are approximate and updated periodically. Nothing on this site is a guarantee of specific quantities, pricing, results or delivery timing. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for loss arising from relying on the information on this website alone.
Enquiries are not a contract
Submitting an enquiry form or a proposal request does not create a binding agreement. A production, trial or supply arrangement only takes effect once both sides sign a separate agreement.
Varieties and rights
We multiply only varieties and lines that the client owns or is authorised to have multiplied. A client who asks us to multiply a variety confirms that they hold the necessary rights, and will say so in the agreement.
Seed sales
Any sale of seed is subject to the seed laws, certification and labelling rules that apply at the time of sale.
Intellectual property
The SADF name and logo belong to Shriram Agrotech Development Farm (SADF). Content on this site should not be reproduced without permission.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at Malout, Punjab, have jurisdiction.
